KBW’s REIB team is headed by industry veteran Michael Errichetti. During his career, Mr. Errichetti has completed, as lead advisor or bookrunner, over $70 billion of real estate transactions across corporate advisory, M&A, and public and private equity and debt financings in the US, Europe, Latin America and Asia. Leadership in the Residential and Commercial Mortgage REIT sectors is provided by KBW veteran John Dalena.

Our REIB team combines real estate, corporate finance and capital market expertise in serving our clients in the public and private markets. We pride ourselves in providing clients with objective advice, regardless of whether that results in a transaction. We stand ready to assist our clients by utilizing our knowledge of real estate properties, financial analysis, due diligence and execution skills to implement any strategic or capital raising effort.

A key part of KBW’s real estate platform is our dedicated Real Estate research team providing coverage of over 63 public Equity and Mortgage REITs, REOCs, Lodging Companies, Developers and Homebuilders. Real Estate Research is led by Shelia McGrath, a veteran analyst with over 16 years of experience analyzing real estate firms, and Bose George, with 14 years of experience, is responsible for covering the mortgage and homebuilding sectors. In addition, through our dedicated REIT trading and sales efforts, KBW is one of the most active traders of U.S. public real estate securities in the market and counts major, influential investors in the sector as valued clients.
