The Scholarship has been established in Mark’s honor at his alma mater, The College of William and Mary.

The scholarship is set up through the Reves Center for International Studies at the College, and is awarded to an academically distinguished student pursuing studies abroad. Mark was always helping others selflessly and he would be honored to know this scholarship continues to help fellow W&M students in his name.
