Our team of approximately 100 professionals is the largest financial services specialist sales force globally, is a top-10 trader in NASDAQ 100 Financial Stocks, and our team members have, on average, more than 10 years of industry experience.

EQUITY SALES

Our Sales Department serves clients globally, providing institutional clients with access to company management teams and our own research analysts. We offer industry-specific conferences, road shows, investor-idea presentations, and marketing trips. Our sales representatives are trained specifically in the analysis of financial services companies; the result is a sophisticated sales team, which is well-equipped to interpret and deliver the firm's award-winning research to clients. Additionally, our U.S. and European teams have historically ranked No. 1 in specialist sales in independent surveys.

EQUITY TRADING

Our trading group makes markets in more than 1,000 financial services stocks, convertible securities, and warrants, and consistently ranks among the top traders of financial services securities. Through our specialized teams in North America and Europe, we have access to major stock exchanges worldwide. We are a leader in risk arbitrage trading in announced M&A transactions in the sector. Additionally, we actively participate in corporate repurchase programs for small-, mid-, and large-cap companies, often putting our own capital to work for clients to increase the depth of marketplace liquidity.
