KBW's highly ranked Depositories Investment Banking Department serves banks in North America and Europe. Our core service is strategic advice. With regard to M&A, we serve as buy-side and sell-side advisors on whole companies and divestitures. We represent banking companies in strategic combinations with other banks or other financial services companies. As part of this effort, we provide advisory services to board special committees. Our team also specializes in capital solutions for the banking industry. Core services in our capital markets effort include public and private placements of equity, debt, and hybrid securities.
