Our systems aim to protect against unauthorized access to records that may harm or inconvenience customers.

It is KBW's policy not to share information or records regarding former or current customers with anyone, except as required by law. Furthermore, customer accounts are handled in a confidential manner with information and transactions discussed only with persons who have a reasonable need to know such information for valid business or regulatory reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, confidential information requested during routine regulatory reviews and examinations.
