Thomas B. Michaud

President & Chief Executive Officer
Vice Chairman

Thomas (Tom) Michaud has spent the last 25 years at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. He was named Chief Executive Officer and President of KBW in October 2011, having served as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer since September 2001.

With Mr. Michaud's leadership, KBW has become one of the top traders of financial services stocks and developed an industry leading research effort. KBW has also emerged as a top manager of small, mid and large cap equity offerings and remains a leading M&A advisor to companies across the financial services industry.

Mr. Michaud is a graduate of Middlebury College and earned an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors of the Greenwich, Connecticut chapter of The American Red Cross, is on the Board of Directors for the Foreign Policy Association, a non-profit organization, and serves on the Middlebury College Capital Campaign Committee.

John G. Duffy

Vice Chairman

Mr. Duffy has been with KBW for 33 years. He was appointed to the position of Vice Chairman in October 2011, after having served as Chairman and CEO since September 2001. Prior to that, he was President and Co-CEO, a position he assumed in July 1999.

From 1990 to 1999, Mr. Duffy was Executive Vice President and Director of Investment Banking. In that role, he was responsible for managing the firm's substantial merger & acquisition practice in the financial services industry as well as KBW's corporate finance activities in the equity and debt markets.

Prior to joining KBW in 1978 to manage the company's BankWatch division, Mr. Duffy was the Vice President in charge of ratings for depository institutions in the corporate ratings department of Standard & Poor's Corporation. In 1971, he received his B.A. in Economics from The City College of New York and attended the Bernard Baruch Graduate Program of the City University of New York.

Mr. Duffy serves on the U.S. Advisory Board of Trustees of the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College in Dublin, Ireland. He is also a Trustee of Cardinal Hayes High School, Bronx, NY. In addition, Mr. Duffy serves on the Advisory Council of the Weissman Center for International Business at Baruch College and is a former Trustee of Saint Michael's College, Colchester, VT as well as Chairman of JBJ Holdings, a food distribution company in Walnut Creek, CA.

Andrew M. Senchak

Chairman

Mr. Senchak has been Chairman of KBW since October 2011. Mr. Senchak has been with the firm for more than 25 years and, prior to becoming Chairman, served as Vice Chairman and President. In this role he was responsible for oversight of KBW's substantial Corporate Finance practice, which includes mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings and capital markets transactions.

In 1997, he became a Director of Keefe as well as head of the Investment Banking Department, and was elected its Vice Chairman and President in 2001. He is also a Director of Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Limited in the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining KBW's Investment Banking department in 1985, Mr. Senchak taught Economics at Rutgers University and spent two and a half years in Brazil with the Peace Corps.

He received a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Lafayette College and earned a Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University. Mr. Senchak is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National September 11 Memorial & Museum at the World Trade Center, the KBW Family Fund and the MacDowell Colony. In addition, he served on the Board of WeatherWise USA, Inc., a private company, from 1996 to 2011.
