Joe Gulash joined KBW in 2011 and serves as the Head of Depositories Investment Banking for the firm. Joe is also a member of the firm’s investment banking executive committee. He is responsible for advising on M&A and capital markets transactions for community and regional banks across the U.S. Joe is a frequent speaker on industry topics for boards of directors, banking events, and conferences.
Prior to joining KBW he was in similar roles at two other investment banks focusing on financial institutions. Earlier in his career, he provided management and strategic consulting services to financial services companies at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Joe received a BSBA degree from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
